The personal flag of the Chancellor is the only private banner authorized within the Grand Dominion of Bauralis.
It is reserved exclusively for the use of Léon I, founder and permanent Head of State.
This flag combines the historical symbols of the Principality with the identity elements of the Grand Dominion.
It embodies the sovereign continuity of a glacial vision founded in 2012.

Parted in two:
– Sinister side: on a silver field (#F2F2F2), a dented azure stripe (#0072CE) charged with two five-pointed silver stars in pale
– Dexter side: on an azure field, an azure escutcheon containing a silver lion rampant

This flag is both a heritage and a personal assertion:
- The snow lion is the emblem of the founding Principality — a figure of cold authority.
- The two stars echo the current flag of the Grand Dominion: they represent the symbolic Southern (founding) and Northern (living) poles.
- The dented blue stripe evokes the transition between nature and structure, between silence and order.

- This flag may only be displayed by or in the direct name of Chancellor Léon I.
- It may not be used in collective or festive contexts.
