The Bauralian Archives gather documents, founding texts, communications, and symbolic acts issued by the government of the Grand Dominion of Bauralis.
They constitute the formal and structured memory of the State, kept under seal in the permanent embassy in Saguenay.
Since 2013, the Grand Citizen Council has convened once a year, upon invitation by the Chancellor.
Each session offers a space for collective reflection, symbolic vigilance, and shared observation, without direct decision-making power — except in the case of a collective veto.

Several media interviews have been integrated into the public memory of the Dominion:
“The Grand Dominion is a coherent structure.
It is founded on territorial and climatic principles. It is not a game.”
“It is a serious project, based on climate alert and territorial stability.
The choice of Antarctica is not arbitrary.”
Official documents issued by the Grand Dominion — whether decrees, territorial proclamations, or Chancellery statements —

These documents are official, permanent, and irrevocable.
They cannot be altered once published, except by a corrective decree.
The archives are regarded as a frozen body of state truth,
not as an evolving narrative.
They represent the administrative form of ice: stable, complete, and sealed.
