The Grand Dominion of Bauralis is a secular theocratic state with centralized power.
This means:
This model has no universal ambition.
It is intrinsically tied to the nature of the Bauralis project.
The political system is based on four pillars:
| Principle | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🧊 Stability | Rejection of change as a virtue; consistency in slowness |
| ❄️ Internal Coherence | Strict alignment between thought, territory, and action |
| 🏔️ Sole Authority | The Chancellor holds all powers; no counter-power exists |
| 🌐 Absolute Neutrality | No ties with other states; refusal of any diplomacy |
The Grand Dominion does not interact with its citizens through political logic.
The State is a structure, not a forum.
Power is exercised by the Chancellery, a unique and centralized body.
It is led by Chancellor Léon I, founder of the State since 2012.
Since February 2021, the Chancellery has been located in an officially integrated territory,
designated as the Government Seat of Saguenay, in northern Quebec.

It exists to maintain coherence between principles, territories, and decisions.
