The Grand Dominion of Bauralis is a secular theocratic state with centralized power.
This means:
- An indivisible authority
- A doctrine structured around cold and silence
- No popular participation or representation
- A stable, fixed, and deliberately unilateral governance
This model has no universal ambition.
It is intrinsically tied to the nature of the Bauralis project.

The political system is based on four pillars:

¶ ✦ The Chancellery
Power is exercised by the Chancellery, a unique and centralized body.
It is led by Chancellor Léon I, founder of the State since 2012.
Since February 2021, the Chancellery has been located in an officially integrated territory,
designated as the Government Seat of Saguenay, in northern Quebec.
